Shipping policy

1. Shipment Processing Time
  • All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • Note: If you have a handling cut-off, state: "Orders placed after  5:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day."

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier capacity, or high volume.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally become active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Ke’Ambra Nequal ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Note: If you do not ship to P.O. boxes, state: "We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and kindly request a valid residential or commercial street address."

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
Ke’Ambra Nequal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Ke’Ambra Nequal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Returns
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. For information about returning your items, please visit our Returns Policy page.
